Raja Shahi Garam Masala

It is a spice blend used commonly in North Indian, South Indian, and other South Asian cuisines.

Ingredients :

Coriander, Chilli, Cumin, Bay Leaves, Black Pepper, Salt, Cinnamon, Clove, Big Cardamom, Stone Flower, Clove Leaves, Fennel Seeds, Caraway

Recipe: Use in Paneer Makhanwala 400 grams paneer, 3 onions chopped, 2 tbsp butter, 3 chopped green chillies, 2 tbsp flour, 1- 1 1/2 cup milk, 200 grams fresh cream, 1/2 cup tomato ketchup, salt to taste, 2 tsp chilli powder, 1 cup boiled green peas, a few chopped coriander leaves, 3 tsps Himadri Garam Masala
